ACCELERATE is compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in regard to processing personal data. ACCELERATE does not sell, trade, rent, loan, or lease any personal information collected online or offline.

All information we have in our possession is confidential unless given consent by the user. And ACCELERATE will not share personal information with others. Our database is located in Belgium.

All our contacts have at any time the right of access, modification, correction and removal of their data collected in our database. Your personal data

Your privacy is important to us.

ACCELERATE will gather and process all personal data within the context of the preparation and execution of our events. We will collect personally identifiable information from you, such as, but not limited to your name, email address and phone number. In accordance with data protection regulations personal data, payment history and correspondence will be stored for the period prescribed by law (currently 7 years). As a rule, ACCELERATE will not store credit card information. Access to the information you have provided will be limited to authorised employees as required for the meeting purposes only.

Use of your data

As a participants in one of more ACCELERATE activities (Annual Conference, Paediatric Strategy Forums, Working Groups etc.), we will contact you through our regular newsletters or email communication. You may unsubscribe from these mailings at any time.

Photographs taken during meetings, conferences, events

As organisers and hosts of events, we reserve the right to use photo and video material in our reports, brochures, websites and social media channels. By registering to any ACCELERATE organised event including virtual event and webinar, attendees agree that photographs taken during these events may be posted on various communications channels. The names of the attendees will not be published.

Unsubscribing from mailing lists

ACCELERATE provides users with the opportunity to unsubscribe from our mailing lists through an ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of all our email communications.
